Who we are
Roving Revenue ("we", "us", "our") is a marketing agency for home-service contractors in the United States, founded by Robert Reign. This policy explains what information we collect through roving-revenue.com (the "Site"), how we use it, who we share it with and the choices you have.

Information we collect
Information you give us. When you request a call through our booking form we collect your service focus (trade), approximate monthly revenue, company name, your name, phone number and email address. If you book a time, the scheduling details you enter go to our scheduling provider (see below). If you email, call or text us, we keep that correspondence.
Information collected automatically. With a form submission we store your browser's user-agent string and the country your request came from. Our hosting provider processes standard technical data such as IP address, device and browser type and pages requested, to deliver and protect the Site. On roving-revenue.com we use the Meta Pixel, which records page views and actions such as submitting the form or booking a call (see "Cookies and tracking").
Information stored in your browser. The booking form keeps your answers in your browser's local storage until they are sent, so a lost connection doesn't erase them. This stays on your device.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive information such as financial account numbers, government IDs or health data, and we ask you not to send it to us.
How we use your information
- To contact you about your request, prepare for and hold the call you booked, and send you a free demo website if we offered one.
- To provide our marketing services if you become a client.
- To follow up by phone, text message or email about your inquiry and our services. You can opt out at any time (see "Text messages" and "Your choices").
- To measure and improve our advertising and the Site, for example to know which ads lead to booked calls.
- To keep the Site secure, prevent spam and fraud, and comply with the law.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run our business, under their own terms and privacy policies, and only as needed for the purposes above:
- Cloudflare - hosts the Site and stores form submissions in our database.
- HighLevel (LeadConnector) - our CRM, used to manage leads, calls, texts and email follow-up.
- Google - Google Sheets for internal lead tracking, and Google Fonts to display the Site's typeface.
- Telegram - instant internal notifications to our team about new requests.
- Calendly - scheduling of calls.
- Meta Platforms - advertising measurement through the Meta Pixel.
- SMS and telecom providers - to send and receive text messages and, where enabled, to verify phone numbers.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of our business.
Text messages
If you give us your mobile number, we may contact you by text message about your inquiry, your booked call and our services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time and HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
Mobile information, including phone numbers and text-messaging opt-in data and consent, is not shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. It is shared only with the providers that deliver the messages on our behalf.
Cookies and tracking
The Meta Pixel uses cookies and similar technologies to measure how people who saw our ads use the Site and to show our ads to relevant audiences. It runs only on our live domain. You can control ad personalization in your Meta ad preferences, block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use tools such as the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out. Our scheduling widget and fonts are loaded from Calendly and Google, which may receive your IP address and browser data when they load.
Some browsers send "Do Not Track" signals. Because there is no common standard for them, the Site does not respond to them.
How long we keep it
We keep lead and client information for as long as we need it for the purposes above - typically for the duration of our relationship and up to three years after our last contact - unless a longer period is required by law. Then we delete or anonymize it.
How we protect it
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections and restricted access to our systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, and you can opt out of calls, texts and emails at any time. Email head@roving-revenue.com and we will respond within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity first. We will not treat you differently for exercising these rights.
Depending on your state (for example California, Virginia, Colorado or Connecticut), you may have additional rights under state privacy laws, including the right to opt out of targeted advertising. To exercise them, contact us at the same address.
Children
The Site is meant for business owners and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Links to other sites
The Site links to other websites, such as Instagram, YouTube and Clutch. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this one.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed. If we make material changes, we will update that date and, where appropriate, let you know.
